Overview:
Passports: Participants will collect a ‘stamp’ from each store they visit. FIBRuary will provide the stores the stamps for 2026.
Prizes: Each participating store is invited to contribute an item (valued at approximately $25) to create a prize basket (or multiple baskets, depending on the number of contributions). Submitted participant “passports” will be entered into a drawing at the end of the crawl, with eligibility requiring to qualify for the grand prize drawing. No purchase will be required for entry based on Indiana state law.
Specials & Promotions: Each participating store is encouraged to offer a unique special, deal, raffle, or giveaway during the crawl dates. Examples include discounts, a special make-along, partnering with a local dyer for an exclusive colorway, or a raffle for a gift basket from your store. Share your hours and promotion details with us, and we’ll feature your store on our social media channels throughout February and in the weeks leading up to the crawl.
VIP Swag Bags: We will have limited-edition tote bags featuring the FIBRuary logo and curated goodies, available for pre-order and at the kick-off event. Each bag will prominently display the names and locations of participating stores, offering additional visibility and promotion for your business. The store logo buttons can be placed directly over the store logo printed on the bag as a way to show that you’re “collecting them all”.
Participation Fee: minimum of $100 includes marketing and 80 buttons (at cost) with a recommended MSRP of $2 for resale. There will be up to 50 participants that will have a coupon for a “free button” because it was included with their purchase of the VIP bag pre-order. Additional buttons are available for purchase, you can select how many you want from the dropdown.
